“ What a hidden gem in South Dade! The appetizers, ribeye steak( the absolute best that I’ve had in a long time dining out) smoked margarita cocktail, Brussels sprouts and service was impeccable. Listen, we all eat with our eyes first and the presentation of the food did not disappoint. This will be my go to spot for dining out. ”
“ This place is a true hidden gem that should be shared! The cocktails made by mixologist and bartender extraordinaire Ivan are simply amazing. Right balance, great flavors, and well measured pours make for a seamlessly lovely lazy afternoon, without exception. As for the chef, he is an absolute genius! The tuna tartar with avocado and fried wontons was a true delight as a starter(appetizer). I've had blackened salmon(the "L" is silent) but never as well balanced and with complexed flavors that melled with pasta! He graciously paired it with fettuccine, and the sauce was beautifully smooth and creamy with layered flavors that took me back to Italy! It was as if the salmon(the "L" is silent) was caught just for this meal in itself! Thank you to the wait staff and owner, who greeted us and everyone with a smile. The remodel makes it feel like new meets old, and it all just works! So if you are in the area and you can't figure out where to go, go off the beaten path and hit the City Hall Bistro, you will not be disappointed! ”

From martinis (try the espresso) and cocktails (strawberry mojito) to the whiskey selection, our group was very impressed with the drink selection and food quality. Unexpectedly found ourselves there on karaoke night and enjoyed the entertainment and environment. Hats off to the kitchen and front of house for a great evening. ”

“ This place was an amazing accidental find when we went to visit the Everglades.. They have hands-down, the best lemon, drop martini I have ever had in my entire life. There was a bunch of other interesting looking beverages on the menu as well. I wish I had been there longer to give more of them a try. The food was also spectacular and I will definitely coming back here next time. I am in the area. This was the most stand out restaurant we went to during this long weekend. ”
“ What an amazing experience. The ambiance was lovely. The decor is modern but not over the top. I like the colors and the little details such as the water bottle they bring to the table. We opted for drinks and appetizers because it was our first visit. We ordered City Hall Tostones and they were A1A. Next, we had the Bang Bang Shrimp; First of all, they were jumbo shrimp and lightly breaded. We asked for spicy and they were perfect. We also ordered the pork potstickers, and Ultimate Nachos. WOW! Those nachos took the prize! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the beans were so tender. The ground beef was very tasty, too. The potstickers were better then the ones we’ve had at Asian restaurants and the dipping sauce had me licking my fingers. All the food was very elegantly plated and very delicious. Oh! We had drinks! I had a Gin Dirty Martini and my husband had a Lime in the Coconut. They were delicious and not very pricey. Overall, it was a wonderful night out. I highly recommend this restaurant. We needed this down in Homestead. I forgot to mention the service. The servers were very attentive but not overly so. They made great recommendations and the food came out rather quickly. They paid great attention to detail and we really appreciated them. We’ll be back soon. ”
“ What a great find in Homestead and close to the Everglades National Park. Cocktails were delicious and very creative as well as reasonably priced. For dinner we shared the twin lobster tails (great presentation and accompaniments) and their house specialty Pork Belly Fried Rice (amazing flavors with a fried egg on top). Finished dinner with their home made Flan and were pleasantly surprised during our Saturday evening dinner for live music. Wished we lived closer because we would come back often! ”
